Ramp Installation Instructions

1. Unbox the plastic ramp section from the cardboard box. Keep the (3) plastic caps and (1) tube of glue for later use.
2. Start installation with the tallest ramp section and work sequentially to the shortest ramp section.
3. Place the ramp section in the desired location (e.g., doorway, shed entrance, garage entrance, shower threshold).
4. Using a pencil, pen, or marker, mark each of the hole locations on the wood or concrete surface.
5. Install the correct drill bit in your electric drill.
6. Measure the desired hole depth on the drill bit, and wrap a piece of tape above the mark on the drill bit to serve as a drill hole depth guide.
7. Drill the three holes in the wood or concrete surface.
8. Sweep up the dust and discard it.
9. Position the ramp over the three drilled holes.
10. Place the three washers on the plastic ramp.
11. Install the (3) wood screws and/or TAPCONS through the plastic ramp into the pre-drilled holes in the surface.
12. Open the bottle of glue and spread it on the outside of each of the plastic ramp holes.
13. Install the three plastic caps into the plastic ramp, ensuring the direction arrow on the cap is aligned correctly.
14. Repeat these steps for each section of the ramp.
